South America Here We Come

Since we're South American bound come the morning, I figured our last bottle at home for the next while might as well celebrate one of our destinations.

607. 2006 Cono Sur Viognier (Colchaugua Valley - Chile)

I'm still caught up in a major lack of time to write in any detail but a little Chilean Viognier with our Sablefish seemed like a good call. My guess is that we won't actually have too much opportunity to enjoy the wines of Chile while we're away - it's not one of our primary destinations - but we do have one tour of three wineries organized during our stopover in the country.

Guess if I wasn't excited about the trip before, I will be as soon as we board the plane. You'll be among the first to hear.
